Star One's Keys to Success Training Program is an intensive training program taught by our managers and agents designed to give you a fast and productive start. You will walk away with confidence as you begin your career in real estate.

To reinforce what you learned in the training program we have designed a 10-week Mentoring Program. You will meet with a manager once a week to continue your education, establish your foundation and monitor your success. Role playing, homework and sharing experiences are all part of the sessions.

You will receive individual guidance in setting up your business. We will work with you to establish a 30-day Action Plan to ensure your success. Your manager/mentor will be available to assist you on appointments and settlement procedures. We are available to you every step of the way in a real estate transaction. Follow the steps in this plan and you will see success come within your first month in the business.

The state of Ohio requires that all licensed real estate agents must complete 30 hours of continuing education every 3 years. Star One Realtors offers these classes FREE of charge to their agents.
